Description: The latest endeavor from Chef Tory Miller, Estrellón, brings Spanish-influenced small plates and tapas to downtown Madison, with the same locally-sourced vision as L'Etoile, Graze, and Sujeo. Expect simplistically beautiful composed dishes, housemade charcuterie, incredible Iberian wines, and rich mahogany woodwork. We're proud to represent and support our local family farmers and producers. With a blend of Spanish-imported and Wisconsin-grown ingredients, the cultural and regional merging at Estrellón is a dining experience that is uniquely Madison. Reservations recommended for the Dining Room. Our open Kitchen Bar & Tapas Bar seating is first-come, first seated during our regular service hours.

We stopped in at Estrellon before a show. We ordered tapas to share: olives, deviled eggs, beets, and a carrot concoction. The beets came with cheese on a gluten free bread since one in our party is gluten intolerant, All were delicious. For entres we ordered pork belly, shrimp, and the trout from the gluten free menu. All were exceptional. We wanted to lick our plates (but didn't). The Sangria was a lovely treat. The service was spot on from the moment we walked in the door until we left. The bill was $82 for 6 tapas, 3 entrees, and Sangria. A great value.

I went to Estrellon with 3 friends and we had a nice leisurely dinner. We had the jamon, cheese platter, some baked goat cheese, bread and olives before sharing the vegetarian paella. Everything tasted wonderful and we didn't feel rushed.

The atmosphere is beautiful and the have a beautiful bar I want to try next time. We split the bill and with drinks we only paid about $40 each including tip. Not bad for a nice dinner out. Definitely an experience. Well done Torey and staff!

We had dinner with our daughters at this great spot on Saturday. We asked the waitress to serve whatever she would recommend. The small plates just kept coming with the next being better than than the one before. A fun evening, great service and amzing food.

Stopped in for dinner (four of us) ... note that the portions as is typical with tapas are not overly large but they don't rush you (even on a Saturday night) ... so take your time to choose from the excellent selections and share with your fellow guests to make sure you get to try the maximum number of dishes and there are lots of good dishes to chose from - be adventurous ... the service is excellent - high end experience .. but note that they had no Drambuie to make a rusty nail with! (overall it is a bit expensive but as a unique experience, it works!)
