This cafe is run by a local NGO Epic Arts that provides opportunities for disabled Cambodians. The staff there are their beneficiaries and many are deaf and use Cambodian sign language to community. The money from your meal goes to support this NGO and their students.
On top of the good feelings that come with the meal, the food itself was great. I had two different paninis and both were delicious. The bread is homemade and very flavorful. I also had the carrot cake. The portion size was really generous and the frosting was to die for.
Coffee isn't great but I'll forgive them for that. Definitely go to this cafe when you're in Kampot.
