We stayed in Page only one night and this hotel was the only one available. I ended up paying 251$ for one night! This hotel is barely a 2 stars, that price is unacceptable for what they offer! Page is a touristic place and it is clear that they take advantage of the situation.

This is a scruffy old motel, absolutely nothing outstanding about it. On the other hand, if there is nothing else available in Page, it is all right. Everything was "tired" and the notice posted by the door about how much one would be charged if anything (even the bedspread) was missing after your stay. It was kind of laughable to think that anyone would be in the least bit tempted to take anything.

Room Tip: No views from our ground floor room and I don't imagine the upper floor has any either.

This was a great location to stay at in Page, AZ. We had a late check in and our keys were in an envelope outside the office door with a copy of the bill. The room was clean and stocked with towels, coffee, Frig with no freezer. microwave, clock, and luggage stand. The sink was separate from the tub/shower. The water was hot and felt great! The fixtures need some attention but worked fine. There were enough plugs for recharging devices but they did have free wi-fi with the room.

The local Navajo Indians had morning chants that we enjoyed being a part of across the street from our room. Breakfast had several choices including toast, bagels, oatmeal, juices, milk, & coffee. The plates used were desert sized and took three of them to get breakfast to the table. The seating area was limited but you could sit outside at tables if you want;ed to enjoy the sunshine.

I did ask to have my ice packs frozen in their freezer and they happily did so. Unfortunately, the freezer temperature did not completely freeze the packs that were only 1/4 of inch thick frozen after nine hours. It did freeze three out of the four bottles of water, so we were good to go. If you do not want bothered by housekeeping at 8 AM, make sure to put the sign on your door handle because they will do a room check around then. Everyone was professional and friendly. We would stay here again.

Room Tip: Housekeeping does a room check around 8AM. Put sign on door handle if you do not want bothered until later.

We were looking for basic/value for money on this leg of our trip and this hotel was basic and not particularly good value given the lower prices we have paid in better hotels along the way.

No coffee making facilities in the room which was a first but everything else you would expect was provided.

Curtain hanging off the rail in our room and no window blinds so no privacy unless the curtains were drawn. Large gap around the door which was a little off putting as it felt it might be easy to break into the room - personal opinion only.

No lifts so if you need assistance/wheelchair access try to get a room on the ground floor.

Room Tip: Two story hotel but no lift so if you need assistance or wheelchair access try to get a room on the ground floor

Had read some poor reviews so was a bit anxious about what I might find. Our room was on the first floor and en route I noticed some rooms I was pleased we had not been given(near stairwell). Also the outside walkway looked like it had not been cleaned or renovated for 20 years or so. Bits of broken down hotel kit littered the area.

That said, our room was fine and although Page doesn't have much of a downtown, this Inn is very near to what they do have.

We did not feel unsafe.

Breakfast was basic but included in the low price.

Overall, there are much nicer places to stay in Page but you will pay a lot more money to stay there. We used the money saved to hire a canoe and potter about on the wonderful Lake Powell just down the road.

Room Tip: Keep away from rooms near stairwell
