I booked this hotel last minute to attend my best friends bday. I wasn’t disappointed. It’s prime location in Brooklyn near everything and so easily accessible from Manhattan. Room was decent size especially for NY. Room was nicely upgraded and definitely clean. Pluses also include refrigerator and microwave options. Front desk staff was helpful. Only downsides that may prevent me from booking again were DirectTV, which made it difficult to relax because any slight weather hiccup took out the signal. The other downside was the cost of the parking garage next door, which charged $55 and you couldn’t do any in or out.

I looooove this place!! On site laundry that's FREE!!!! With FREE DETERGENT!!!!!! Every morning this hotel has free breakfast!!! This is a major plus, considering how expensive it is to eat in NY. Staff is professional and polite!!

This hotel is close to public transportation and is family friendly with free breakfast daily. Breakfast time is crowded so get there early. I always choose Hampton Inn brand with traveling with son. Gym is clean, there is no pool. Staff is friendly and accommodating and ordered our car for us after we checked out. Had a wonderful time visiting family!

Rooms clean and functional , excellent staff on reception and a pretty good breakfast means this hotel is good value and close to the subway for days sightseeing in Manhattan.

If you chose a room high up it does reduce the traffic noise in the mornings. Our visit during the Coronavirus was testament to the hotels good approach to hygiene.

This is where you want to stay in Brooklyn. This hotel has it all.

It is part of Hilton, you get points, it is located in downtown Brooklyn, near everything, but best of all is the warmth and friendliness of the the hotel, especially the staff. Amanda and Molly at the front desk greet you with warmth and truly want to make your visit great. There is free coffee, tea and hot cocoa in the lobby 24/7 (so you can also visit with the local police and traffic cops who stop in to grab a cuppa).

There are 2 "towers" old and new, I actually like old better, but if you want "new" hotel rooms, they have that too. The rooms are small, comfortable and really have everything you need. With actual windows that open.

Did I mention the free breakfast, with the wonderful Carmen and Kim who make sure you have everything you need. Juice, smoothie, eggs, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, and LOCAL BROOKLYN bagels. Yep, people travel the world for Brooklyn bagels, and you can get them free for breakfast. I think this is probably the best Hampton Inn in the entire chain. Try it if you need to be in Brooklyn (or are just catching a game or concert at the Barclay Center).
