Room was neat and tidy , bathroom decor actually finished to a high level , carpeting looked tired and worn in patches.not a big deal, however if it's a night sleep your after.
An hour after falling asleep around 1.30am it sounded like a freight train had moved in next door and I awoke to find something not dissimilar as the adjacent road was being literarily ripped up. The noise and pollution level was a first for that time in the morning (at least for me)
Hotel Bliss your rating would have had ranked another star but you deliberately co-opted unknowing patrons by not making it clear such works were taking place on your website.
Shame on you!

Went for a weekend break and stayed at hotel bliss really enjoyed my stay staff was very friendly and polite also helpful. Sadly when I was leaving the hotel staff swiped my card and tried to order over 800 pounds worth of goods. Luckily my bank caught on as the first thing they tried to order came from a electrical store. Please be careful using your card at that hotel.

Inside rooms maybe pretty good. But the problem would be in the lateness of the evening. I wouldn't do too much venturing during the evening. The neighborhood can be rough. This area was high crime area, during the 1990's up to 2007 ....it's changed as far as new housing goes.but don't go walking around in the evening. Take a car or call a cab. To do shopping or eating
I would recommend the Gateway Mall. They have a Target store, Best buy, Outback Steakhouse & Red lobster ...etc.

Make right out of lot, then right turn onto Sheperd ave, go 4 blocks to flatlands ave, will be a stadium in front of you. Make left onto flatlands ave, go 2 blocks turn right onto Erskine street, this will lead you to the mall. The highway "Belt Parkway" is next to the mall.
Remember the evening rule for safety. Stay away from the potential crackheads, hookers & pimps
frequenting hotel & surrounding area.
