I'm so happy I chose this hotel for my NYC trip. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Hotel is clean and I have no complaints on my day of arrival. They offer complimentary coffee, tea, cucumber water and brownies. Can't wait for breakfast in the morning

This is a great location in Brooklyn within walking distance to the fantastic restaurants up & down 5th Ave in Park Slope. It is also a short walk to the Barclays center for the subway. The hotel was clean and our room had a great view of Manhattan & i want to recognize Sheila at the front desk for her kindness. ( The rooftop had an exceptional view of Manhattan with comfortable seating. ) The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and good.

This hotel is out of the way, except for being close to Littlefield. That said, it's within short walking distance of Threes, Mission Dolores, and 5th Ave where there are a lot of restaurants. It's about a twenty minute walk to Barclays Center or Other Half.

With respect to the hotel itself, I have no complaints. The breakfast area is very brightly lit. It's the standard breakfast with eggs, a meat, and the cold stuff you'd find at a continental breakfast. There is no separation between the breakfast area and the rooms, so noise does make its way up to the hallways outside the rooms. Probably best to stay on higher floors if you dislike noise.

We were greeted warmly by staff, and had the use of a very nice luggage cart to take our luggage the room. It was nice to be offered a fresh-baked cookie when we chacked in. The room was a little cramped- very little space to lay out luggage, and little drawer or hanging space, but still comfortable. One of the lights in our room didn't work and the maintenance engineer showed up very quickly when we called. When replacing the bulb didn't work, he got us a new lamp. The bathroom was a little problematic- very hard to turn on the shower without getting soaked, and then the shower stall leaks a lot into the bathroom. They put a high threshold on the floor between the bedroom and bathroom to keep the water in the bathroom, but that forms a tripping hazard between the two rooms. But the room was very clean and looked and smelled fresh. We enjoyed our stay and would probable stay there again.

Stayed here for a week on business and had average stay at best.
Front desk staff is rude and seem like they don't care about the customer.
Noise from the roof top bar can be a cause of being unable to sleep on the weekend.
Breakfast area gets clogged up early and often and could use a remodel to better handle the crowds at breakfast. Breakfast was good except there were NO bagels left at 7:30 or earlier and no attempt by management to resolve the issue.
Lots of good local places to eat with-in a short walk of the hotel. Great craft brewery just around the corner from the hotel-Threes Brewing Company.
Barclays Center is with-in walking distance if the weather is good.
