We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was big enough to be able to walk around the king size bed, it had two chairs and a full-sized bathroom--not something we are used to finding in NYC. Was in town for business and after a long day this staff was great. Errol and Kenyon and everyone else were helpful, welcoming and just overall great! The breakfast was also outstanding! I'm on the road 90% of the time and really appreciate a great place to stay and thoughtful service.

The hotel seemed jaded and not in a good part of town, the taxi driver warned us to be careful in the area.
At breakfast pest controllers came round spraying whilst people were eating

New York trip was fun and wonderful. Hotel was very good and breakfast with Mildred was certainly delightful. My friends and I learned to use the subway and that made for an extra rewarding experience.

Well appointed and maintained rooms, friendly staff who work as a team and exceed expectations, good value and good location on Atlantic in Brooklyn. The complimentary breakfast is very good. This is my New York hotel for sure, highly recommended.

Visiting family in Crown Heights, we found this wonderfully located hotel and have stayed twice. Very pleasant staff, lobby, medium-sized rooms, fairly quiet with great sound-proof windows. When the heat was too much we did open the windows and even so were not disturbed by the LI RR which runs down Atlantic. Comfortable breakfast room. Two short blocks to A train (Nostrand St), easy walking in neighborhood, nearby cafes, stores. Also easy Lyft pickup
