Overall, I would strongly not recommend staying at this hotel. Their are numerous reasons:
1. The staff is terrible. I said good morning to the person at the front desk and he just ignored me. I asked the front desk person for an extra bar of soap and a tube of body wash. She said she would put it in our room but never did 2. The rooms are poorly stocked. We ran out of toilet paper and there was not an extra roll stored in the room. The hotel does not provide glass or paper cups for brushing your teeth or drinking. What hotels don't do that?? 3. The bathroom and sink design is the worst I have ever seen. The shower has a half divider but usually the entry to the shower is farthest AWAY from the shower nozzle. In this hotel the divider opening and entry to the shower is next to the shower nozzle and so the shower floods the toilet area. The sink is outside the toilet/shower area and is in the corner of the room. The trouble is that the sink has a shelf approximately 6-8" above it so it is impossible to wash your face or shave without getting substantial amount of water on the floor. Ridiculous!! 4. The room size is really small even by NYC standards. Overall a very poor value for the money. Do not stay here!!

These rooms have an urban feel for sure. You enter from this huge blue door. They have no microwave nor refrigerators in the room nor anywhere in the hotel. The sheets are clean and the beds sleep well. They only have twin sized beds if you want two beds in one room. They do have queen and king beds as well. But the room are very small. Like a dorm room or smaller. The bathrooms are small as well. But I do like the bathrooms with the full tub. It’s tight in here but cozy.

People in customer service roles should be able to provide customer service. Not here. A New Yorker attitude stinks. The hotel itself is ho-hum. Really no reason to stay here. Try the YMCA instead. See ya Brooklyn.

I booked it last minute as I had a last minute confirmation of business meeting very close to this hotel. The entrance is dubious and takes a while before you find it. The guy checking in was a friendly guy, but very unprofessionally dressed for a concierge staff. The room was super tiny and attached was an laughable toilet with awkward sink where it was impossible to shave without spilling over. I heard some big fights during the night. The location is quite accessible and that's the best thing about this hotel. I dont mind small rooms, but when you dont feel safe and cannot perform basic functions, you wonder what kind of authorities approve such dwellings. Either up your game or close the hotel.

I would not recommend no one stay here unless its the last option to do so. I came with 2 friends and was told we had a 2 bed room. When we arrived it was one bed and we COULD NOT get a extra blanket, extra towel, extra washcloth nor soap. For the price to be 475 you would think that wouldn't be a problem but it was. I was very upset with my stay here for Ardien Broner fight at Barclays Center.

Room Tip: every room here is the exact same
