There is a trail that winds all along the woods in Salmon Creek. Ends at the big park. It's very relaxing occasionally you might see a blue heron . The site and sound of birds. And rushing Creek water along the rocks. There are park benches to sit and relax, and another park to barbecues, swim or have a family picnic. It's not far from downtown Vancouver and it's great if you need a little exercise or relaxation.

Great park - it has everything you need for a park. We had family and church group gatherings. It has enough space to accommodate all. They have a pond, play ground for kids with fountains. We even went fishing with my son there. Good park! There are some scenery places too to take pictures.

This is a fairly large park with a pond for fishing and wading and a few things like a wading fountain for kids. It also has a really nice baseball set-up for little league games and some picnic areas too. There is a 3.5 mile walking trail paved with asphalt that takes a winding path through the park. There are all sorts of trees, leaf and evergreens, some meadow areas, etc. so the walk is varied and pretty. People use this park for walking, running, biking etc. and you see families, singles and couples using the area for different outdoor activities. Open all the time as far as I can tell and there is no fee to enter, parking is ample and there is a restroom by the baseball diamond.

A wonderful place to hang out in the sun or sit in the shade. Lots of paved, wheelchair friendly trails to take long strolls and plenty of shade for hot days. A great swimming hole and lots of things for kids to do here. Very clean and family friendly. Pick up lunch at Chucks, nearby and have a picnic!!

This city park provides a perfect area for kiddos to run and play on the well constructed playscape, or for fishermen to fish the lake, or for walkers to take in the Salmon Creek green belt. The park has very good parking, and several distinct areas for playing, walking, or relaxing. The seasonal changes to the trees and plants make this park a recurring favourite.
