We went here for breakfast and shared a trio of a variety of breakfasts. All three of them were excellent! It is easy to see why there is a wait to get in here on weekends. In addition, the service was friendly and efficient.

Wife and I hit J. Christopher’s before heading home from a week in Savannah. Great servers and cool old garage converted to a restaurant.
We both ordered a skillet. They were huge! We should have split one.
I would have given this a five but the skillet was just not as absolutely great as it could have been. It almost felt like the ingredients were prepared and then put in the skillet as the serving dish.
It was still darn good...just missing the real caramelization on the potato’s and veggies.

I went here with some friends and expected half way decent food. The menu was diverse and the craft was friendly. I was very impressed with the presentation and quality of the food. There were a lot of people waiting but the wait time was short and ended up being less than the 15 minutes we were told. Portions were generous. I can’t wait to go back and explore the rest of the menu.

Cool decor, great service, good food. All ingredients for a great place. Oh, and location is good. The building is an old garage, and they play on this architecturally, very artsy, with many local artists works on display. On a busy Sunday morning, we had a group of 13 that they worked us into seating almost effortlessly. Sure, we had a little wait, but we gave them no notice. Service was also very good. Food selection are wide ranging, and the specials take off where the standard fare leaves off. Known for great pancakes - which rated very high from a friend at the table. I got crab cakes benedict - basically eggs benedict with crab cakes under the eggs. Very good! We all walked away full and happy. A place worth trying...only open for breakfast and lunch.
