Description: The Lebanese Taverna Baltimore restaurant is located in Harbor East, an exciting urban development in walking distance from the Inner Harbor, Baltimore Aquarium, and Fells Point. The beautiful interior features tall windows that look out on the water and ceilings that billow down like the sails of a ship.

We recently visited the Lebanese Taverna in Baltimore, a very nice spot for lunch near the Inner Harbor. Excellent service, a very, very good appetizer platter, and two different flavors of sangria, were a great start. We also ordered a Shawarma sandwich which wasn't quite as good as what came before. Clean, friend, central and recommended.

The Lamb chop and chicken shawarma were great. The overnight marinated baked lamb (I forgot the name) was average. Khuskhus and baba Ganoos can never go wrong. But the best was the desert..”halawat”

We had a late lunch (after 2pm) sitting at the bar. Service was efficient and the food was very good - chicken shawarma and felafel sandwich. The sides (fries and rice) were hot and we rounded off the meal with baklava and Turkish coffee - perfect quick meal!

Good chefs platter and hummus, staff friendly. A must for a relaxing social evening. We found this place walking from the waterfront Marriott after stopping at a noisy steak place. Very happy about the choice clean restrooms modern decor

They make fresh flat bread that comes to the table warm and puffed! It tastes so good with the Hummus!

Years ago, we used to love their Eggplant Feteh (deep fried eggplants, yogurt, pomegranate, pine nuts, and flat bread). This time we ordered it, it was not that good... not enough yogurt or eggplants.

Kids had Ouzi (lamb gape leaf dish). It was great.
