We wanted to take in the inner harbor so my wife booked reservations at Rusty Scudder. On the way there, our Uber driver said the inner harbor was a tourist trap. When we told him we were going to Rusty Scudder he said, "But that place is ok." He was being nice and trying to not make us feel like a tourist because it is for tourist. It is literally sitting in the harbor with great views when there is not a thick fog like when we were there. The food was good but very pricey. Maybe it is just me, but I feel food does not need to be expensive to be good. Service was also good, but the fact it was raining and foggy definitely detracted from the experience.
