We recently stopped at the Rusty Scupper for a late lunch after some sightseeing at the Inner Harbor. We chose to eat here primarily because of the proximity to the Water Taxi. There was a midday gap in the schedule, so we stopped in for a light lunch while we waited. We were seated immediately at a table right by the window on this mid-afternoon in late December. We enjoyed the cream of crab soup and the Ceasar salad with shrimp. It was pleasant to overlook the harbor activity while we dined. This seemed like the kind of place that could get very busy during high season, but our experience was very relaxing and enjoyable.
