When I entered the hotel to check in the person who was working the front desk was lying on the chair in the lobby . The room never seemed to get cooled of and the ac was plugged into the base of the lamp . The fact that breakfast quote in the basement was definitely a turn off .

Stayed June 2-4 for the Yankees game. Everything else was sold out. The front desk clerk was nice though he was wearing a wife beater t-shirt and doo rag as a uniform. The room was hot and no matter how much we ran the little window a/c it never cooled down. One of the lamps was plugged in with cut cords so I almost electrocuted myself turning it on. The other lamp had a broken bulb still in it. The view of the fire escape & alley with someone’s clothes drying on it was not impressive. Outside the door to our room was a hole in the ceiling that was dripping something that was wearing out the floor. The TV had no remote & only four channels came in, though with static. Moldy shower, stained furniture. Attached photos to show everything.

Stayed here 4 nights nothing really wrong with this hotel for the price you pay. If you can live without pool and other amenities then this can work. Room was clean everything worked and location is a short walk from inner harbor it is in front of a busy bus stop.

Dirty disgusting rooms. first room had a massive stain on mattress, kicked in door, wallpaper ripping, frames falling off the doors, pills on the bathroom floor.
Second room was ok except AC didn't work and it was scorching hot. We had to take cold showers at 5 am just to get some relief.
Staff sleeps in the lobby couches. They do little to talk to you or even smile.
Food is served in the basement-i didn't go.
Outside is loud, busy street and i was harassed multiple times just to have a cigarette.

It's not safe. It's not clean. Spend more money elsewhere

This was my first hotel I stayed at in Baltimore for 2 weeks and it was ok. At least the room was clean and staff was friendly especially Rachelle, the front desk receptionist, she was awesome !! She helped me get around the Inner Harbor.

I’m not a picky person but my main problem with this hotel was they didn’t offer onsite laundry services although their website and Priceline’s website said they do. For a 3 star hotel you’d think they would even if guests are staying for a few days and after 2 weeks I had to leave.

They need to renovate the lobby area and add a touch of vibrancy because the entrance doesn’t look presentable especially for a hotel in the Inner Harbor.
