We segwayed the Fort Geroge State Park. The guide was fun and the portable listening devices were handy. It was on a path thru the woods to the water. We saw a gopher turtle. It was nice, but kinda blah. They did a very good job of training the beginners on the segway. It was good and I'm glad I did it. But probably wouldn't do it again. Not much to see.

We thoroughly enjoyed the EcoMotion Segway tour on Fort George Island. The guides are knowledgeable and fun! The segways are very easy to operate and we enjoyed the trip through the forest and to the beach. I was hesitant to go on the 2 hour tour to the plantation but in hindsight for $20 more it's a bargain and I'm sure I would've enjoyed a longer tour.

My sister learned of this location for Segway tours in the Ft George Wilderness area. We had 1 experienced and 3 newbie take a tour 12/22.

I don't remember everyone's names on the staff but they were all wonderful. The office manager made us feel warm and welcome and answered all our questions. The set up, training and safety awareness were top notch.

The tour uses the off road style of Seqways. This makes for an enjoyable day for all.

Very professional, knowledgeable and fun!

Please go if you can make it part of your Jacksonville Visit. Make sure to schedule reservations.

First timers on a Segway... on our Jacksonville Florida vacation went on the Fort George Island Dune Ridge Trail to Point Isabel Shores Segway tour. It was such a blast! The owners Maren & Greg and tour guide Donna did an awesome job of showing us how to safely operate the Segway's. They also gave us plenty of time to zipping around the grounds getting comfortable on them before we headed out on the tour. Marem and Donna were our guides and were very knowledgeable about the history and ecosystem. They also let us spend a little more time on the segways after the tour which was fun! Highly recommend this two-wheeled tour.

The ecomotion Segway tour on fort George island was outstanding. We had never ridden segways and our host/guide, Nick, was patient and knowledgeable. Lots of fun while seeing nature at its best from oyster beds to gopher tortoises to beautiful butterflies to snake skins and people enjoying the sand bars. The only negative is the mosquitoes so if you go this time of year, make sure you have repellent. Great way to spend a couple of hours becoming one with beautiful and natural habitat.
