Considering it was 90 outside, the temperature inside was comfortable. So many places roast you or freeze you. Nice paintings of Italian scenes and the TVs at the bar not blasting. The salad was nondescript - mine was lettuce with slices of red onions, small handful of green and black olives, but the black ones had a nice, authentic bite. My husband's salad and a slice of cucumber and tomato as well. The blue cheese dressing was very tasty; room temperature as it is supposed to be, not cold out of the fridge, which brings out the flavor. My husband had chicken Marsala with enough Marsala to make it known it was made with wine. My chicken francese was delicious, the rich lemon sauce had a nice citrusy bite, and the thinly sliced, egg-batter-dipped chicken breast was sauteed to perfect doneness. Accompanied by linguine and sauce so tasty I scooped all of it up with the accompanying garlic knots and real Italian bread. Butter at room temperature, not rock hard, easy to spread. Attentive staff without being overpowering. Family oriented, with friendly greetings for returning locals. Totally sated. Definitely a do again.

We make a point of eating here at least one each visit to the area. We have been to this Antonellas location 4-5 times and always had a great meal at an affordable price. Our family favorites are the Mussels Posillipo and Linguini with clams...and of course the fresh bread. The service has ranged from goo to excellent, dependent on the server. If you want to enjoy Italian cuisine in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere (with good music in the background), this is the place to be!

I love Antonella’s. Walk in to a nice friendly bar, Al is always there to say hi. He pours a nice drink. Simple unrushed but attentive service with the best bread anywhere. Salmon is always a winner but my personal favorite is the eggplant rollatini. Always bring some home. Excellent fresh sauce.

We're going to a lecture at the Wallace Center at FDR and were early and hungry. Ordered a small pizza. Very friendly staff and pleasant surroundings. Pizza arrived and was very tasty. The prices were very reasonable. We would definitely revisit again.
