Lovely and airy space; super quiet and relaxing. The staff was most effective and helpful. But the food was just not good. I am the healthiest eater as I never eat processed foods including any sugar so I love farroh, quinoa, lentils, and any vegan dish, but all food we ordered (4 people) was just too complicated and super spicy. Honestly less is more - the chef should simplify the dishes.

overpriced and overrated , the frittata was dry and tasteless service was polite but the gave me the wrong check. The mudslide chocolate cookies were the only great food we had , just grab them and go somewhere else

Achingly trendy place in hipster part of town. Despite this, the food is really quite good, and service friendly, and a laid back vibe. We had the Philly cheesesteak and it was spectacular ( not always on the menu apparently but if it is you should try it!! )

Philly Mag seriously number 1, you have to be kidding. No offense meant to restaurant, owner of management, but the place is just not built, organized or target marketed for a #1 ranking in a city like Philadelphia. Atmosphere is extreme casual with local focus serving all day. Atmosphere more conducive to local casual breakfast or lunch than destination for dinner. Chef and menu lean toward very spicy which made choices difficult for my wife. Cheese board OK but does not compare to Talula's Garden sourcing and choices. Limited selection of large plates offered and small plates offer difficult selection even to share. Wine list OK but limited with focus on tap offerings. Bottom line, just not my and wife's cup of tea and certainly not a destination #1Philly restaurant for dinner.

Was really looking forward to our meal at the #1 of top 50 restaurants [Philadelphia Mag] - we all did the "let us cook for you" and wine pairing. Our meal was very good - creative combinations - but not OMG the best Philly has to offer. Would suggest not doing the wine pairing - thought the pours were a little short but the selections were underwhelming and one was recognizably low end. Loved the decor and comfortable ambience.
