I have to admit that been a Latino guy with so much country side background, I thought that this common restaurants around the country normally come with frozen pieces of meat that are not fresh or even not tasty or flavored quality meat cuts. But Fogo de Chao has created the standard for the rest of them, there is no one in the country with so much fine and high quality services from Kitchen to the valet parking that has done it like this Restaurant Franchise "fire of ground" that stands for FOGO DE CHAO. The Passadores (meat waiters) come to the table with knives and a skewer, on which are speared various kinds of meat, be it beef, pork, filet Mignon, lamb, chicken, sausage, Picanha. I got impressed here in Philly they have been adding different types and meat styles making the count to 18 different styles today since 2009 when there were only like 13 or 14 of them. Very impressive how fresh is everything you eat, Please ask for the LAMB, second to none is the best in town.
