I have to admit that been a Latino guy with so much country side background, I thought that this common restaurants around the country normally come with frozen pieces of meat that are not fresh or even not tasty or flavored quality meat cuts. But Fogo de Chao has created the standard for the rest of them, there is no one in the country with so much fine and high quality services from Kitchen to the valet parking that has done it like this Restaurant Franchise "fire of ground" that stands for FOGO DE CHAO. The Passadores (meat waiters) come to the table with knives and a skewer, on which are speared various kinds of meat, be it beef, pork, filet Mignon, lamb, chicken, sausage, Picanha. I got impressed here in Philly they have been adding different types and meat styles making the count to 18 different styles today since 2009 when there were only like 13 or 14 of them. Very impressive how fresh is everything you eat, Please ask for the LAMB, second to none is the best in town.

This is a Brazilian steak house. For those who have never gone to one this is an experience. You pay a flat price and eat all you want of different cuts of meats brought to you by circulating waiters. Each presentation by a waiter involves a different cut of meat and you can select from rare to well-done or they will try to find a piece of meat to accommodate your wishes from another server. How do you control the flow of food with a stop or go. Also you need to pace yourself as you will be missing our of later selections There is a salad bar and yes there are desserts. Good drinks.. I would highly recommend going with a couple of friends.,This is not the type of restaurant you will dine at every week . It is a pretty restaurant but not really romantic given the constant interruptions and I would say it is not for children given the price point and the food selection .

Excellent salad bar with unusual additions: mixed mushroom salad, chick pea salad...And meat. Lots and lots of excellent meat. Pace yourself - the good cuts come out later in the meal.

The food is great. The staff is on their game and the atmosphere is beautiful. Be ready to eat because if you leave here hungry, there is a problem. Recommend to all.

6/19/16-Fathers Day. We were seated promptly. The service was high class. They keep the food and drinks coming. The choice of meats were wonderful. The salad bar is very large. There is something for everyone on the salad bar.
