Kitchen is under renovation, so if you're booking this for the free breakfast, don't bother.

Parking is outdoors next door with no evening security. Felt unsafe.

Room key demagnetization seems to be a common occurrence.

Positives: Clean room and convenient location

From the moment we stepped through the front door until we left the following day the service at the hotel was excellent. We arrived early at the Sleep Inn, well before the 3pm check in time, but our room wasn’t ready. The front desk clerk was sure to keep us updated as to when it was ready. Our room was spacious for a city hotel. For the most part it was clean although I felt the comforter probably could have been replaced and the bathroom walls done with a good scrub. Everything else about the room was great, from the comfort of the bed to the amenities in the room. The breakfast was more than adequate. Parking is adjacent to the hotel and is $25 for a 24 hour period. For example, if you arrive at 11am you pay $25 for 24 hours until 11am the next day. The lot can get full if the convention center, which is next door, is having an event. I would definitely return when I am next in Philadelphia.

Stayed here when visiting Philadelphia flower show. Very convenient location. Short walk from transportation station. Close to Reading Terminal market and Chinatown restaurants. Room nothing special but was clean and reasonably priced. All employees encountered were great but stand out was the woman taking care of breakfast area. Very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast area is small and as a table freed up she was quick to clean. Items replenished quickly. Definitely would stay again compared to rates nearby.

This hotel is very well situated for walking to all the main sites in Philadelphia. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help with any queries which helped us when we needed advice on where to go. Breakfast was included in our stay however it wasn’t the best breakfast you will ever eat, it did do the job though.

Clean, friendly staff, good location in Chinatown just across street from east end of the Convention Center. We walked to see all the sights - easy to do for those able to walk that much. We used Lyft for airport transfers. The description says 'brand new property'. It may be new to fly the Sleep Inn flag but it is not a new building. Breakfast was typical hot/cold continental for this type of hotel (cereal, oatmeal, waffle, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, coffee, juice, etc). Nothing special but it did the job. The bagels were not pre-sliced and there was not a bagel slicer provided; it was a challenge with plasticware.

Room Tip: We had room 403; street side view. Only noise were the heavy walkers in 503 and an occasional fire truck from the station 1 block east.
