Stopped in for brunch on a Saturday before a matinee at the Academy of Arts. We had a reservation and were seated right away. Service was quick and we ordered a round of drinks. Basil Mojito and Paradise Lost. Both were good, the Paradise Lost was fabulous. We ordered biscuits and gravy and shrimp and grits. Both were outstanding. The biscuit was an "everything bagel" biscuit and very tasty. I would say the only knock was that they should have added a bit more gravy. The shrimp and grits were a bit spicy. The were served with crispy pork belly lardons and tomato jam. Outstanding service as well. Overall,we really loved this little spot on South and will surely return.
