We stay at Hampton Inns all the time. One thing that is different now is no more breakfast buffet. You got a bag breakfast consisting of a muffin, granola bar, fruit and water. Coffee was available in each room. You had to wear a mask in public areas. The maids do not clean every day but only when you leave. You needed your key card to gain entry to the hotel itself as well as your room. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. If you ran out of anything they would get you more. Otherwise, the room was clean and pleasant and up to Hampton Inn standards.

Before we arrived at the Hampton Inn Center City - Convention Center, we received an email asking if there was anything the staff could do for us. My request was well received and accomplished. Going to Philadelphia for a medical reason during the Coronavirus was both scary and difficult for us. Thanks to the wonderful Nadira and Denee at the front desk we were made to feel very comfortable and cared for. Unfortunately we don't have the name of the young man who was also at the Reception Desk on several mornings but we'd like to thank him also.
Restaurants in the city were closed so we were provided menus for delivery service ~ Philly Cheesesteak suggestion was just perfect! Kitchen in the Hampton Inn was also closed; however, we were provided with a goodie bag every morning. Nadira and Denee were the reason our stay was so great! We can’t say enough for these wonderful women!!
The Hampton Inn was very clean.and beds were comfortable It is located within walking distance of the Historic Area and restaurants. We would definitely recommend the Hampton Inn for people visiting Philadelphia.

Room tip: We were on the 7th floor. It was quiet, no street noise. Our room could also be a connecting room for a family.

Nadira is like a breath of fresh air. Hampton Inn Philadelphia Convention Center is better just for having her present. Every staff member has contributed to a successful stay here and I am personally enriched because we chose this Hilton property for our travel this month. Thank you!

I recently stayed at this hotel to prepare for a trip to California. I was greeted at the Front Desk by Kryzia who was fabulous, so friendly and personable. The room was very comfortable and included a refrigerator, microwave and a large screen TV. A free breakfast buffet was also included and well stocked. Free beverages were also available to guests in the lobby. All of the staff members that I encountered were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to others for its' great staff and location.

A clean, nicely appointed hotel next to the convention center; cordial staff. The lobby's lounge and breakfast are very nice, and the breakfast was fine. Parking is $30 at a surface lot a few blocks away, but most city hotels charge for overnight parking. A hold for the room rate, taxes and 20% security deposit (again, common for city hotels), is put on your credit card, but the security deposit was not charged to us. Within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants, City Hall, and Reading Terminal Market, and we also walked to the historic area (Liberty Bell, Constitution Center). A good value for the money charged.
