Our stay here was just average. However, the service at the hotel wasn't great when we visited Philadelphia. Our room wasn't ready by check in time and when we tried requesting late checkout through text message, we got no response. The first room we were given upon check in wasn't cleaned well as there was a weird smell/odor in the room and stains on sheets. So, we requested to switch to another room, which was cleaner. We stayed here in August 2019 and there were quite a few flies in the lobby as well which was uninviting. But, that's probably because we visited the area in the summer time. Location is good, but there are better hotels in the area for around the same price. Overall, it was an average experience. It's a decent hotel for a night stay, but if the duration of the stay is longer, I would stay in neighboring hotels. The Notary Hotel was excellent when I stayed there on my last visit.

Stayed at the Cambria on a Saturday night while we were going to a Flyers game. Very reasonably priced for being right on Broad Street and within walking distance of many great places/things to do. Room was clean, spacious and had two queen beds. Within walking distance of many great things such as The Good Dog Bar; Monk's Cafe, Butcher and Singer and Little Nonna's. SEPTA train station right outside to run on the Broad Street line, and not a far walk to get on the Market Street Line to go East/West. All of the staff were very friendly, polite and willing to assist if you have any area questions. The only downfall is that there is no parking garage associated with the hotel although there is one around the corner. Will definately be star\ying there again.

Room tip: Great views, close to restaurants and the Kimmel Center as well as the Merriam Theater

We stayed here for one night during the holidays in December 2019. The location is very central close to the city hall and Christmas village, Kimmel center, walnut and chestnut streets shopping, and Ritten house square, all within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were professional and kind. The only little inconvenience was the glass sliding door to the bathroom, which made it hard to use in the middle of the night because it made a lot of noise. Otherwise, very nice hotel with great staff.

When you enter into hotel, go up one floor to check in. We did not utilize the bar but there is one very accessible here next to the front desk. Our room was very modern and quite roomy. It also appeared to be very clean. We had a city view which was absolutely spectacular from both large windows! The hotel is conveniently located to some area attractions. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend.
