We were surprised by the location but this little French restaurant was quite good. We were there for an early dinner after seeing a matinee nearby. Prices were on the high side but we enjoyed our entrees and would return.

Do plan to make reservations for this small restaurant in Center City. One may well think that she/he is in a Paris neighborhood. The food is delicious and the service is quite professional.

This is a gem. We do recommend and will return.

Zinc has become our favorite go-to French restaurant, especially if you have a show booked. It's a small, cozy restaurant with a small bar, and yummy country-french food. The escargots in puff pastry was great, and I had cod, which was like butter! Homemade bread, and great desserts. Yes, French food can be heavy, so be prepared. Reservations should be made during the weekend.

We dined here for the first time recently, having passed by the restaurant on a day when it was closed. What a delightful evening, with delicious food and attentive service! I started with the escargots, which were expertly prepared and seasoned and in one of the best sauces I have ever had, bar none. This was followed by the salmon, which was cooked to perfection with a flavorful fusion that was exquisite. Service was attentive without being excessive. I will be back, and recommend this restaurant unreservedly.
