Broken power outlet making it impossible to work. Not well cleaned. Clogged sink. Musty. Just plain bad. Two years ago they were great. Now dilapidated and unfriendly. Complaints met with deaf ear. Find another option

I stayed here during a week-long production in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The hotel did everything possible to accommodate us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean with a fun mountain charm. The grand fireplace in the lobby was an idyllic setting for many of our production meetings. I look forward to returning again to this resort.

Friendly service. Great reception/common room area with bar, pool table, foosball table, lounge, gift shop, complimentary coffee. The hotel owns 3 fine restaurants on premise with best wines lists in Mammoth Lakes area.

Taz was great and welcoming. He stayed open to wait for us when we came late, and provided excellent service. The decor and vibe made us feel comfortable, and the antique Hogey Carmichael piano was just awesome.

I've been staying here over the years. I have been in every type of room. The double queens, the fireplace suite and the chalets. Always very accommodating, will bring extra towels, fire wood or robes if needed. Large hot tub! Cute, inviting lobby where you can play pool or have some hot cocoa by the fire. Jacob at the front desk/ in reservations has helped me several times. He is very pleasant, professional and accommodating. He has made sure I was put up in a nice room and taken care off every visit. Jess was sweet and also made sure I was happy with my stay.
Great location, nice staff and good accommodations. Highly recommend staying here when you come to mammoth.

Room Tip: Fireplace suite work the upgrade!
