We had a wonderful romantic dinner here on a Wed night. Service and food were top notch. By the time we finished we were the only patrons in the restraunt. No pressure to get us out.

We enjoyed our server so much that we decided to return on Friday. Unfortunately it was much busier and the service was not nearly as attentive. We grew tired and actually left without getting the choclate fondue dessert we had originally ordered.

Manager was appologetic, but really no excuse. Many of the staff from Wed came by and greeted us but actual service was only fair, and we had left quite a generous tip on Wed evening

Cheese fondue is one of my favorite dinners. The cheese fondue here was great! The service was fantastic. The manager and staff couldn't do enough to make sure that we were happy. When my daughter mentioned that it was my birthday, the waitress treated us with chocolate dipped strawberries -- no charge.
Suggestion: We ordered the Artisanal Dippers ( hand-cut, premium cured meats) to complement our cheese fondue. The dippers that come with the cheese fondue are enough.

This was our first visit to the Melting Pot and we really had a lot of fun! The staff was really friendly and helpful and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We really weren’t sure what to expect but the food in every course was flavorful and delicious and the ingredients were all very high quality. I guess it didn’t hurt that my girlfriend and I are huge cheese lovers and one of the courses was cheese fondue, lol. And that desert was dipping pound cake, brownies and strawberries in melted chocolate cherries jubilee, lol. The pricing was definitely more on the date night / special occasion side of things and you do essentially cook your own food but it was definitely worth it and we’ll definitely be making a return trip.

Food was Good as usual. Booked reservation a week ahead, reqursted the Birthday Package consisting of Baloons, a framed photo of your experience and boxed chocolate dipped strawberries. Called the day before to confirm package. Arrived for reservation, baloons set on table. Had a good time , little pricey . Then, no pic and no berries when they brought the bill.. ee werr charged the full amount for the package sooooo , ee had to pose for a pic after we were done and billed, and wait while they dipped the berries and refridgerated them and they set . Disappointing .

First, I must say this place is a bit pricey and you cook your own food! However, there is some fun here, everything tastes good and you have plenty of time to socialize... also the staff is very helpful because the menu can seem a bit confusing... this is a place to relax, so don't be in a hurry, and it's great to celebrate a special occasion.
