Starting with check-in my experience was sub-par. I arrived at 8:30 p.m. and the only room available was a smoking room. The hallways smelled of smoke and some other bad odor. The room was bare-bones. I wasn't sure if the sheets had been washed. There were two small towels in the bathroom. After spending two nights at the hotel I now have a new "lower standard" with which to compare other properties. Won't be back!

Room Tip: Make sure you won't get a smoking room!

We are so disappointed to hear that you got a bad impression of our hotel during your stay. We strive for an all-around positive guest experience and we’re sorry that was not your experience. We wish you the best in your future travels.

It takes some time to get help at front desk. The lobby phone gets you thru too many automated prompts instead of direct to front desk person on shift. When you need your key card replaced or unlocked that's inconvenient. Laundry room clean, room and bedding clean and like new condition. The rate was reasonable and location in close proximity to food, mall, grocery and bus line if it's a necessity

If you're looking for a good value in a basic room, this is the place for you. It's really an extended stay facility, but we were there for just two days for a weekend away from home, and it was fine. It doesn't have all the amenities you'll find in most hotels, but for the price it's great.

Pros: Clean, well maintained, up-to-date facility, a large room with comfortable beds and bedding, a small (but not just a below-the-counter) refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, two-burner cooktop, adequate supply of toilet paper, plenty of room to hang up clothing, drawers for storage, table and chairs for two, working TV with cable, a bath towel and washcloth for each person in the room, and most important, a room rate that's about half of what a similarly modern and well-maintained one would cost.

Cons (if you're bothered by not getting all the usual freebies) : No shampoo, lotion, coffee maker, carpet, kitchen supplies, extra soap, pictures on the walls, free standing lighting, free breakfast, daily maid service (your room gets cleaned once a week while you're staying there, but they will give you clean towels or linens more often if you take your used ones to the desk and exchange them for new). I didn't notice an iron or ironing board in the room, but there are laundry facilities on site if you need them, so maybe there's an iron there. There is no one at the desk past a certain hour, but there's a number to call if you need someone, like if you lock yourself out or something.

It's very basic, but for us being there just two days it was perfect. If we were staying there long term, I would appreciate a coffee maker. The cable line-up was pretty good, but I was disappointed they didn't have a PBS station.

It was pretty close to the Interstate, but unless you're a light sleeper, it wasn't a problem. There's also a boarding kennel across the street, but that wasn't a problem either.

This is a great place to stay. I highly recommend anyone traveling in this particular area of Ohio that is looking for budget accommodations I had a great price will surely enjoy staying here. The staff is very accommodating, the room is clean, two burner cooktop, microwave, Refrigerator/Freezer, sink and Wifi. What more could you want. It was immaculately clean and smelled great.

We travel all over America with my husband's work. By far, this is the cleanest, best maintained, most well run, place we have ever stayed. The staff is friendly, and extra helpful. 2 thumbs up.

Moreover, it is close to several grocery stores, post office, banks, restaurants, movie theaters, and tons of shopping.
