I am glad I didn't bring my wife here or we would have left. I slept with my clothes on. The handle pulled out of the sink drain, the door doesn't fit the framework. No where does it say it's a motel ( from the 60's). I notice there is no replies from the manager

I stayed at the Knights inn for two night on business, There was a sandwich and another item i couldn't tell what it was in the refrigerator that had been there for some time, I put the coffee pot off to the side to let them know it needed to be cleaned, it was put back with the rest of the coffee still in the pot and the coffee pouch still in the machine. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom walls by the ceiling and mold on the mat you use to stand on in the shower, They was friendly at the front desk, but their was not worth having. I would look around for another hotel to stay at.

This hotel is for guests who’d like to sleep in dust and dirt! Room 117 and 210 were both in horrible conditions (Bathroom tub dirty, Ventilation grill covered with old dust, carpet & chair with stains, “fresh washed towels” with yellow stains – attached you can find pictures). We asked the owner to change the room, but he asked for 10$ house cleaning fee. Later he offered 20$ reduction cash if we stayed in the dirty room. We did not accept and fought for a new room. The new room with no additional fee was just given if we had accepted to write a positive review at Booking.com. If you ask yourself why the Knights Inn has such good reviews about “clean rooms” you might understand now… the owner offers reduction deals in order to get positive reviews. We did not play this game and left the hotel!

Room tip: No clean rooms at all! The street is cleaner than the inside of the rooms!

The guest is mad because she stayed in the room for over 5 hours and then wanted full refund after her work was done. We usually give full refund back even if it is an hour - but 5 hours was too much for me to give her full refund. You can see the whole room attentively within 30 minutes of the time - not like 5 hours.

Since we have been very busy - almost always full house - due to that our rooms are very clean and prices very reasonable - housekeepers sometimes might miss a thing or two. But overall they do a great job cleaning rooms as you can see through our other reviews. All these reviews are truly genuine - we never tell guests to leave us reviews or give compensation for it whatsoever

Half of the things the guest wrote is just bs. You come and decide - you won't be disappointed

Room was very clean and lots of room, continental breakfast was very basic, needs a little more to eat, but the staff were very friendly. Used their pool, small but clean and suited our needs, would go back again if in the area

Room tip: some bottom floor rooms were being renovated , second floor was good, AC was great

Of the 7 motels we stayed in on this trip, this was the most spacious. The frig was not microscopic and bathroom facilities were clean and good working order. My only criticism was that the manager didn't seem to know what he was doing and his replacement did not seem to know that she was in the hospitality business.

Room tip: If you want it really quiet get a room toward the back of the first building or in the second building which is behind the first building.

Just to let you know - the manager and the "replacement" have been managing the motel even before you were born - so don't teach papa how to make babies.
