Booked through Hotels-Rates.com, paid in advance. Drove up to see dumpster overflowing with trash; no-smoking hotel with cigarette butt-laden grounds. Pet 'friendly' with absolutely NO place for pets to do their business - weeds on gravel with broken glass, cigarette butts, stairs made of metal grates that dogs cannot walk on. My assigned room faced west, curtains opened, no AC on, door handle so hot I had to use shirt tail to open. The rooms, however were spic and span thanks to an outstanding cleaning crew. I was able to change rooms with AC on and then drove my pet to a nearby park for a walk. I told the front desk person I was horrified and would be contacting the manager. Oh, and wait - NO cups in bathroom (for water) or coffee cups for coffee. The wonderful cleaning crew (who recently was hired on) told me management knew they had no cups.

Front desk people went above and beyond to get us a room after we left another horrible hotel and had no where to stay for the night. They were lifesavers! Our room was clean, fresh and comfortable, and we were able to get much needed rest.

It's certainly no spa resort, but the rooms are small, but clean. It's pretty average. There is free Wi-Fi, and there are plenty of TV channels. There's an indoor pool though, and a hot tub! We got this room at less than $100.

When guests stay with us, we work very hard to ensure that they have an enjoyable stay. We are pleased to know that our free Wi-Fi, indoor pool, hot tub and extensive TV options provided plenty of entertainment during your stay. However, we are sorry to hear that although our rooms were clean, they did not meet your expectations in terms of size. Stopped here between Grand Canyon and Yellowstone and it had everything we needed. Nice room with good wifi, warm shower and comfy bed. Quick and easy self service laundry too.

No problems here except the curb getting into the car park which was steep and had clear evidence of damaging people's cars in the past.

I didn't review this right away, so I must have been pleased. Had all of the needed amenities (fridge, micro, coffee in the room), the price was reasonable, and if I didn't hop on right away to complain about sleep quality, the bed must have been reasonably comfortable. Those are all the things that matter to me.
