This is one of the best values I have ever found in a hotel. It's not inexpensive but given how expensive New York is, it's a bargain on top of being a very nice, comfortable hotel with all the amenities and ease during the stay you expect from the Westin.

They have valet parking and are in an easy to reach location meaning I was able to travel conveniently to New York (not known for that exactly) with a toddler and we had a great time. I recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for a couple of nights while sightseeing in NY. The location is really good we managed to walk almost everywhere we wanted from Central Park, Times Square, The Chrysler Building, Empire State Building and the main shopping streets.

Our room was large, clean and well appointed with all amenities (apart from any UK or BBC news channels) The bed and white linen sheets were really comfy and conducive to great nights sleep.

All staff we encountered were very smart and professional. I would have no problems using this hotel in the future.

Good midtown location, comfortable well serviced rooms with good aircon and quiet enough at night. Plenty of eating options nearby and hotel gym well equipped. Only point of note is $10 minibar water which is actually $12.89 with the 'administration' charge and tax. Buy one for a dollar on your way past a kiosk outside!!!

Lives up to Westin brand standards in providing a great location and utility for any business or tourist stay in the city, rooms are regular sized but has an advantage of allowing 3 adults in some rooms via a sofa-bed that comes in really handy. Linens and bathroom was up to the mark and always clean, housekeeping was very courteous even over the busy NYE time in the city.

Stayed one night. They let me check in a couple hours early and gave me a late checkout. Front desk staff was great. Room was nice, clean. Average size and had couches to sit. Bed was very comfortable. Mini bar is pricey and so is room service ($10 for a water, $7 for candy; $35 for basic breakfast). Decent view of the Empire State building. There is a little sandwich place right next door so I picked up breakfast there. Checkout was very quick.
