I Check in was easy. room was clean, spacious and surprisingly quiet. Only problem we had was getting the view of Times Square we paid for but that was resolved on our second day and they gave us free breakfast at the hotel which was very nice. Very close by to restaurants and shops. Very good location!! Loved staying here.More
Came back to this hotel for nostalgic reasons to celebrate my 50th birthday. I was greeted with a warm friendly check in from Erika who I shared my reasoning for coming to New York. Was pleasantly surprise when coming back to my room to have a nice card and surprise from her. Her thoughtfulness and caring goes beyond a job expectations she’s a gem!! I also wanted to mention Wanda from customer service and Michelle the manager The both of these ladies were so accommodating and wanted to make sure I had the best experience here again some more gems!! Finally I like to mention the wonderful service I had at the breakfast brunch Tofael was very sweet, friendly and attentive.. The staff here is amazing the hotel is wonderful can’t say enough thank you Crown Plaza I will definitely be back!!!

Great hotel! Loved being in the middle of NYC. Nice rooms with a beautiful view of Times Square. The breakfast was also great, and our waiter Tofael provided excellent service. Would highly recommend!

We came here from Vegas Friday 1st March we stayed here before twice a few years ago and never had a problem but this time god how disappointed we were rooms are very out dated and very worn carpets and the telly was terrible couldn’t watch anymore because of the signaling was very poor and to add to the insult we were charged taxes per night disgraceful when you’ve payed premium costs to stay there already not again thank you

All of our booking partners are aware of the fee and we require them to disclose this information to guests when they are booking a room. The daily facility fee includes the following benefits: unlimited local & international calls, unlimited access to our Club Gym located on 15th Floor, two drink vouchers to be consumed at BAR 49, as well as unlimited Wi-Fi access.

Loved the hotel as it was in an ideal location for the subway & tourist buses as well as stepping out pretty much directly into Times Square when walking out the door. The staff were very obliging, especially Rahi, who ensured we enjoyed our evening whenever we spent it in the restaurant & ensured we were okay for drinks, etc. Not much choice with the food but the quality was excellent, especially the steak. There was plenty choice with the drinks. Room was a reasonable size & had a view of Times Square. There is a cafe type area (no seating) for if you require sandwiches, cake or a coffee/tea, etc. The only thing that was missing was a fridge in the room. If I go back to New York at anytime, I would be happy to stay here again.
