The hotel was awesome in almost every way except for the temperature in the room. We could not get it cool enough, but in every other way it was great. One of the main highlights is the service staff, especially Rahman, who is in the dining room during breakfast. He takes great pride in his work and was fantastic to each of us every morning. He and the staff started our day off in a great way.More
Tofael made our breakfasts enjoyable with his light hearted conversations. The rest of the stay was absolutely worth the money. The location is very central and accessible. Absolutely recommend the hotel.

Excellent service from our room to our waiter Tofael in the Brasserie restaurant! This is our second time staying at The Crowne Plaza and we will definitely be back again.
The City is AMAZING! We toured The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island tour was awesome. We had a wonderful room service meal at The Crowne when were too e hausted to go back out!

Stayed in a 2 bed room with my son on spring break. When we checked in we were told room wasn’t ready and they took my phone number to call when it was. No problem. Unfortunately we left our luggage with bell hop, took off towards subway and within 5 minutes they called saying room was ready. Awful timing.
Once we got back to room my son opened bedside table drawer and was grossed out to find about 6 used tissues from previous guests. Yuck.
When i just rearranged pillows on my bed I noticed what appears to be blood on the fitted sheet where the pillows were. Disgusting. Itself too late now to call and ask for a new room. I will unhappily strip the fitted sheet, try snd sleep and get out asap in the morning.
It’s sad the lack of cleaning has to ruin such a great location.
Will not stay at a Crowne Plaza again after this experience.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff were attentive however, one person really like to thank is Milton, concierge for the hotel. He guided us through out our stay. He's very knowledgable and very patient. He made our trip worth it.

This hotel is heart of times square. All the attractions were walking distance. Milton, concierge at the hotel is just a pure diamond. He really made our trip the best possible experience we could've had. We truly like to thank him for everything he'd done for us.
