This new restaurant features a variety of alternatives as you build a 4 course prix fixe ($115 at the time I dined there in December, 2015 and again in January, 2016) meal that's a wonderful dining experience. Interspersed with the courses are a number of chef's surprises--all exquisite . The dining room offers views of the kitchen for those who like to watch, or you can ask for seating away from the action. Either way, reservations are highly recommended. The wine list keeps pace with the food, but includes a number of by the glass or bottles of wines that are very good without breaking your bank account, in addition to having very expensive choices for those for whom price is not a factor. The servers are attentive but not pretentious f and offer clear explanations about any unfamiliar dish. The bar area fills quickly with people enjoying both the fine cocktail craftsmanship of the the bartenders and the "bar food" available from the menu in that area. Needless to say, this "bar food" is fine cuisine that pairs perfectly with a drink and good conversation.
