We stayed here for a week in May, and overall it was a positive experience. We were upgraded, so our room was on a high floor and was very spacious and quiet. The value for the money spent was about what you would expect for Manhattan.
The one drawback about staying in this hotel is that it includes a large convention space, and the hotel lobby was incredibly crowded with convention attendees during most of the weekdays. Navigating the lobby was a challenge, getting an elevator was even worse and on the one rainy day when we needed to get a cab just as the convention was letting out it was impossible.
We'd certainly recommend the hotel for the accommodations, just be aware that it is a very, very busy place.More
