Description: At Lincoln Ristorante, we offer Chef Shea Gallante’s interpretation of Italian cuisine in New York at Lincoln Center. Our philosophy is simple: to source the best local ingredients and prepare them with authentic Italian methods and spirit. We rely on local farmers and purveyors along with weekly visits to our neighborhood Tucker Square Greenmarket, while importing irreplaceable items from Italy. We honor the Italian culinary tradition of making our own fresh pastas, grissini, and focaccia. Desserts, by Richard Capizzi, are beautiful renditions of Italy’s classics: light, lush and irresistible. A focus and commitment to freshness and respect for every ingredient is paramount in our daily life.

We have been here numerous times and seen the food and service reach a 5 Star level. The prices are on the higher side BUT you will have an extraordinary dining experience. I am a life long New Yorker and if I have a guest and want them to see New York dining at its best this is where I would head.
Service is outstanding. The staff has been well trained and knowledgeable. Nicholas is friendly and can lead you through the wine list to find an appropriate wine for your price level . Henrick is at the front desk and will do his best to find a table to your liking. HINT... when you reserve , ask for a table towards the back of the restaurant rather than up front. As for the food... simply superb and I am usually a tough critic.
Treat yourself and your date, wife, etc to fine dining in NY next to Lincoln Center. Well worth a detour.

Food was excellant. Service was great. rip off ,2 glasses of primativo wine ($18 each, bad pour) the bottle costs $14. Veal chop$36 for 3 1/2 inch pieces, ($12. Each piece). I ordered riendeer (venison- 2 pieces, 1/3 inch thick,
$ 22. Each), for the prix fix dinner. I paid $350. For 3 dinners, 2 appits, 2 glasses of wine. my bad, my mistake. Will never go there again. i paid dearly for the expensive overhead and ambiance. There will be coal in the Lincoln restaurant stocking this year. OUTRAGEOUS

Quite a surprise! Did not expect a restaurant on Lincoln Center grounds to be so top notch! We had dinner with friends and the four of us enjoyed everything about this place. Is it nice and quiet, we could hear each other dinner. The cocktails and wine were great. Our appetizers included the burrata, beet salad, and hamachi. All were delicious. For our main courses we ordered the cod, risotto, and short ribs. Presentation and flavors were outstanding. We will definitely be returning!

Fabulous evening....from beginning to end. Lincoln Ristorante is a spectular venue for a wonderful meal. Great selection of wines and a pre-theater dinner with delightful appetizers, state of the art mains and delectable desserts. Allow a bit of time and try to get a table that looks into the spotless, modern and well functioning staff. Everyone is helpful and totally professional. Then....off to see the Nutcracker (haven't done that in 25 years!) at the David Koch Theater. Lincoln Center is magical at this time of year and there is nothing that compares with the Tschaikovsky classic.

Lincoln is upscale, quiet, delicious and expensive, service impeccable. We had lunch before the ballet. Figs and prosciutto, egg and polenta, followed by ravioli, French toast, steak. All delicious. Didn’t have time for dessert. Our children were treated very well.
