For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was great, just on the border of Hell's Kitchen and Midtown Manhattan. The free breakfast they offer in the morning is really quite good. There's also a free coffee bar available most of the day and evening. We were in a queen size room with a view of the city, which was really nice. The room was big compared to other places of comparable price. The down sides were the small elevators that took for-eh-ver to get us up to the 25th floor. And one of the three elevators broke at one point, so we got frustrated and walked up the 25 flights. 😮Also, the teeny shower creates a lake if you're not careful with its door. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would most likely stay elsewhere until they fix their elevator situation.
