Chocolate Oreos cookies to die for. Need I say more. Most excellent cupcakes. Atmosphere was eclectic.

I had a lemon and a blueberry cheesecake cupcake -both super tasty (but not the best I ever had)
One cupcake is about 3.75$ and it is absolutely ok.
The store is very nice and not so crowded. Enjoy your stay with a delicious coffee. The staff is very kindly.
Of all the many NYC cupcakeries, Molly's Cupcakes on Bleecker is a must-try. They have such a fun atmosphere and wonderful assortment of cupcakes. On your way from the amazing pizza (John's on Bleecker) around the corner this place needs to be on your stop before you head back on the subway. Great prices and service make this place a pleasant visit!
Walking around NYC we did some searches for some great cupcakes and we decided to try Molly's. Never sure about all the reviews you read, these ones are pretty spot on. We got a dozen different cupcakes to share between all of us in our group and they all were excellent. The staff was great. Very friendly, patient and helpful. When we where there. Around 7pm there was no lines so we got serviced right away. Out of all the donuts we got my favorite was the Butterscotch personally. But again, they were all great. We also got the Boston Cream, Cake Batter, Cookie Monster, Cookies N Creme and Ron Bennington. All excellent and if you are looking for a great cupcake, definitely a great place to stop.
These are the best bakery cupcakes we've ever tried in NYC. The cake is very light and moist, and the frosting is delicious and not cloying like it is in most places.
We just loved the huge variety of unique, quirky, delicious flavor combinations. Our favorites were the cake batter; peach cobbler; peanut butter Nutella; cookies and cream; and red velvet with cream cheese icing.
The shop is very cute, quirky, and charming, and, best of all, they have an actual restroom for their customers to use-- a sad rarity in much of the city.
