The most amazing memorial I’ve ever been to. It is sobering and informative. My students were in tears. They were so disappointed that they did not learn the full story in history class. They continued to discuss the exhibits days after we returned home.

I would only go if your strong, I got upset a lot as it’s very emotional, it is interesting but also makes you so angry what these horrible people done to NYC!

There is also a cafe upstairs, I’m not sure what it’s like though as we never went.

Moving tribute to 9/11. Inside was an amazing experience - heartfelt and informative. The lineups are a bit of a gong show - you line up for tickets, and then lineup for entry - but that’s NYC for you! Would definitely recommend a visit.

Harrowing, moving and exceptionally well established museum about everything surrounding that fateful day in 2001.

Allow plenty of time for it. We went 2 hours before closing but had to rush near the end and still missed out a lot. I recommend allowing 3 hours for your visit. There is so much there that will move you and interest you

This site of the WTC is one I won’t forget, it brings back memories I will never forget on that fateful day. I was in London at the time and remember it well. The museum is an absolute MUST. To see and believe what happened was eye opening to say the least. The tour guide John was outstanding in his knowledge of the events of that day.

You just have to see it to believe it, truly amazing to see it from what it was to what has become of the events after 9/11. The site down I the lower basements of the old WTC is something else.

Well worth the money and to honour those who served to assist and in the rebuild of the site.

Thank Jason W
