Enjoyed the service a little pricey - but overall great place to stay. Food was good and best was comfortable! Ambiance was nice and location was good - pier 17 is walking distance overall good place to be at.

I guess my experience was a case of high expectations and disappointment at every turn. I booked a deluxe room through American Express and was asked if I had any requests. I asked for a view of bridge and did get one I suppose if a overlooked the industrial building in front and looked left out a tiny window. I get upgrades, but was not offered here even though I asked. Since I wanted a view, an upgrade would have helped. Oddly, too, you must do indoor dining, but there was only one comfy chair, one robe etc.; my partner is a good sport and took the tiny desk chair.

Then the food, which is the only service most visitors would use during covid. We got a cheese plate and wine and the cheese was dumped in a pile on a plate and served with stale bread. Breakfast sadly same lack of presentation AND no butter or jam accompanied the $5 toast basket.

We won’t be back here again and I recommend others avail themselves of any number of amazing boutique hotels the city has to offer.

Unfortunately, due to Covid 19 the only option that we were able to offer until yesterday when we re-opened our indoor dining in our Bellini restaurant was room service. We were fully committed, and while we try our very best to provide upgrades based on availability for our American Express guests, this weekend we were not able to do it as much as we would have loved to as we were sold out.

We have addressed your concerns regarding the quality of food and presentation with our Food and Beverage management, and we will continue to correct our issues and strive for excellence.

When I stepped into the room we was both wowed it’s was so nice and home feel it’s was beyond perfect even tho it was only one night it was perfect the room service was like a 5 star restaurant the food tasted amazing the beds was so comfortable everything was literally perfect I highly recommend

Enjoyed our last visit. This visit was great. The hotel is so convenient to south street seaport area and one day all the activities there. Our room wasn't ready so they were kind enough to give an upgraded room. The gentleman running the front desk was excellent. We called for cream for coffee, he brought it instantly. Breakfast was only room service, but It came right on time, and the food was nice and hot. Great place to stay- were there only for one night but will return.

This hotel is a Gem! A timeless classic that embodies the beauty of both the real Nyc with Italian Dolce Vita elegance. The staff is the most professional and the food and service is superb. The perfect Nyc high end boutique hotel.
