This hotel is in a wonderful location for many events on the island. A short walk to Javits Center, Madison Square Garden and Times Square- you're in the heart of it all. Plenty of food is located around the area and shopping nearby.

The hotel itself is clean and updated and customer service is kind and reliable. Will definitely stay again!

Great location within walking distance of many sights and the subway. Staff very helpful. Room spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Temperature controls very good. Downsides - very little storage for clothes, would have liked a bath as well as a shower, the bathroom door didn't fully close - a three inch gap doesn't give enough privacy! (To be fair - we didn't complain to anyone so they didn't have the chance to correct this). For the price we paid we may have expected more of a "luxury" feel to the hotel, but his is New York and the price seems to be average for the city.

I was staying with a friend at this property from Oct8-9,2018.There was a misunderibg with the reservation.I spoke with the manager Nafessa Brent and she understood the issue within moments and adjusted for us She also included on free coupon for breakfast
We arrived at 11:00am for our check in and the room was ready. They gave us an extremely late check out as well.
Since we were not leaving til 8pm.they kept our baggage and REFRIGERATED our medicine.
The hotel is convenient to Macy's,Times Square, the theater district as well as the Empire State Building.
Ms Brent sets the tone for customer service resulting in all the staff being EXTREMELY helpful all the time.

Yours truly,
Burt Gitlin

I just returned from staying here for a mommy daughter trip. From the moment we checked in we were greeted with amazing customer service. Every single staff member we encountered was so kind and helpful. Our room was small, but it's NYC and I knew it would be. It looks brand new and is well-appointed. The bathroom is clean and bright. We did have an issue with our a/c not cooling, but it was fixed by the engineer within minutes of us mentioning it at the front desk. Our view isn't spectacular ...it's of a garment warehouse, but we are in the garment district, so it's almost charming. The room was quiet and the location of the hotel is close to Penn Station and Times Square, but on a less crowded street. I highly recommend you check them out!

I had chosen a room on the 18th floor but it wasn’t ready so accepted one on the 21st floor. Super quiet, super clean, spacious, and comfy bed. Never had any issues with the elevator. staff pleasant and helpful. Fridge and coffee maker available but not used. Appreciated the privacy and blackout shades for sleeping in. Nearby Penn Sta, subway access, Madison Sq Garden, eateries. Ate one eve at Doyle’s off the hotel property, excellent service, food was perfect, a nice quiet ambience. Was out and about about 12 hours a day, but always came back in the evening to hot showers and quiet relaxation. Pricey, but it’s NYC.
