I stumbled upon this place traveling southern Utah with friends. It was getting late and every place we passed was closed for the winter. Thankfully we came across the cafe which was very inviting from the outside. The ambiance was very nice and quaint with abstract art on the walls and a candle lit table. Their extensive wine and tequila list was topped with specialty margaritas(the prickly pear was delicious!). Everything on the menu sounded so good but I decided on the herb crusted filet and we all got rattlesnake cakes(made with real rattlesnake) to share. The food looked as beautiful as it tasted, everything was to die for and my steak was cooked perfectly. The service from the moment we walked through the door was excellent. I would recommend looking up cafe diablo if you are in the Torrey area. You won’t regret it!
