A simple but wonderful experience of paddling kayaks around in the calm waters just after sunset. They provided all of the gear (lifejackets, chem lights, kayaks and paddles) and a few minutes of instruction that were necessary to get out and start exploring. Very peaceful, not strenuous to paddle around and catch little jellyfish that pulse and glow! Very cool! No cell phones, no social media, no competition... a relaxing family-fun evening on the water. On that note, you will get wet! Every time you paddle the water runs down the oar and into your lap, its unavoidable. That said, of the 14 or 15 kayaks on the water with us, NO ONE fell in!
It's a very simple, relaxed night on the water, where you learn a little and get some moderate exercise. Good value for money.
AMAZING night kayaking and bioluminescent jellyfishing!Catching and holding these light up phenoms was incredible! Our guides Richard and Brandi were so knowledgeable and helpful. the guides made the trip so pleasant and enjoyable sharing so much info and answering all my children’s questions. The moon was perfect, water temperature was warm. Orion was out showing his mightiness and the Big Dipper too. Highly recommend this ECOtour. Your money goes back into protecting these. amazing creatures. A memorable night for my children and me ⭐️ a must do!!! Highlight of our trip !!!
