Perfect downtown stay!

Shane greeted us with a smile. Service was excellent. All staff was welcome. Room was very spacious and spotless! Beds were very comfortable. All amenities that are listed were available. No issues at all.Great room for a great price. Highly recommended and I will definitely stay again.

Bristil Hotel during COVID-19 Mayhem

This is a lovely hotel with very comfortable and spacious rooms.
the only downside were the noisy trams which made sleeping at time very difficult, we understood why the hotel supplied us with ear plugs.
Other than that and COVID-19 madness we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back in the future.

We appreciate that you stayed with us especially during this crazy time.
With limited amenities due to COVID_19 I am happy that our hotel was to your satisfaction.
Being a downtown hotel we can get a bit of street traffic, next time you are with us we can
put you on the quiet side of the hotel with minimal noise.

A pleasant stay

The hotel is clean, modern, and inviting. Hotel personnel is friendly, helpful and courteous. Valet parking was discounted for my hybrid vehicle. All in all we had a great experience and a pleasant stay. Location is excellent. Thermostat is not controllable by customer, weather was quite cold, so were the rooms at night.

Wonderful stay at Bristol

We came in to San Diego on a cruise ship and they were able to accomodate us getting into our room early so we could drop our bags off and explore the city. The room was well appointed and everything was comfortable. Front desk went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Boutique Hotel done right

We have stayed here several times and each time it exceeds in quality and excellence.From the moment you check in to when you leave you are greeted with a smile and professional attitude. The rooms are a little small but that is forgiven due to the king size bed that is so comfortable you will not want to get out of it. There is a large screen tv that allows you to stream from your computer.The bathrooms are well appointed with large extra soft towels. They have provided a top notch fitness room with several machines, free weights, and a small xcross fit system. There is a nice machine in the lobby that you can get latte's, cappuccino and regular coffee that is actually very good. The location is central to all transportation and the gaslight district restaurants. You will not be disappointed staying here.
