We recently stayed here during COVID for two nights on the weekend. Check-in was easy (use the Hyatt mobile app to save time) and my Hyatt status was recognized by giving us a larger room in the same category.
Our two double bed room was a courtyard facing corner room and I would recommend asking for it if you have booked a two double bed room as it provides more space and the two beds are adequately spaced out from each other to provide some distance.
Not sure if this was a function of COVID, the hotel being at capacity or something else, but the vendor who provides valet parking service needs major improvement. Every time we called for our vehicle it took around 30-45 minutes to arrive. Because it is a vendor, the hotel staff really have no ability to improve the response time.
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful through out our stay and addressed the two minor issues we encountered appropriately. They are doing a great job with the new COVID procedures and mandates and we felt very comfortable during our stay.More
