Stayed here while in Boston on a business trip - I chose this hotel for its convenience to the Boston Convention Center, which is a very easy 5-7 minute walk from the hotel.
Our experience at this hotel was pretty great. The front desk staff member was cheerful and personable during check in, and gave us some good dinner recommendations. Parking is available in an underground lot - guests at the hotel pay a flat fee of $37/day.
Our room (1535) was a large room with nice views of the harbor. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean, and everything was in good working order. If you have streaming media accounts (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, etc), the TV allows you to stream movies and videos, which is nice. Also, once you have checked out of your room, the TV resets itself, so no need to fret about signing out of your Netflix account!
The bed was so-so; bit too firm for me, but that's personal taste. My favorite thing about this hotel was its pillow library. There are a variety of nine or ten different pillows that the hotel carries - descriptions of each type of pillow are in the hotel's information binder (think: BioSense pillow, water pillow, foam pillow, buckwheat, etc). Want to try a new pillow? Simply call to guest services and request the pillow you'd like. It's really pretty cool. Also, guests have a couple of nice robes and an umbrella available for use, if you need.
Room service and restaurant (Tamu) were pretty tasty, though (like everything in Boston) probably priced a little higher than what it was worth.
Overall, we had a great stay here, and if we are in Boston again, I think we would definitely choose to stay again at this hotel.
