Had a fabulous business dinner there. Great setting - airy and high ceilings, open kitchen and buzzy atmosphere without being overwhelming. The food is top notch - I especially loved the oysters and not being normally an oyster fan that is high praise! The fresh as well as the amazing fried ones! But every plate was spot on - the carpaccio of sea bream, delectable fish simply roasted and most wow was the crab ravioli. Wonderful service completes the circle. Just terrific.

Inviting, coastal themed atmosphere with outstanding service. Menu has extensive seafood choices and something for everyone. Salads, calamari were perfect. Meals are presented artistically and the sea food was fresh and tasty with imaginative accompaniments. Salmon, Seabass and red snapper were all fresh and tasty. Scallops were a little overdone. Paella Rice had wonderful saffron taste and seafood was varied and flavorful. Highly recommend the snow eggs and the chocolate tart for dessert. A wonderful place for a celebration or just plain great food.

We had a lovely evening at Ostra, not a special occasion, but this is definitely a great place to celebrate, even if it's just celebrating a Thursday evening! There was a cappellacci special starter which we asked to share - the chef split it onto two beautifully plated bowls for us, exquisite presentation and truly mouth-watering. The saddle of monkfish with the mushroom ragout is not to be missed and the Faroe Island salmon was perfectly prepared. The ambiance is modern Mediterranean, high ceilings, clean lines. Service is excellent but comfortably relaxed. Love the open kitchen. Not inexpensive by any means.....I found the wines by the glass a bit on the very expensive side, so just be prepared. We did not have dessert, but next time, definitely!

The space is large (high ceilings), but the arrangement of tables gives it a more intimate feel. The specialty here is seafood (ostra - oysters), and you are greeted at the entrance by a display case featuring several types of whole fish. A long open kitchen runs along most of the dining area. The seafood itself is very good. Octopus was fine, as was the branzino. Not cheap, but definitely worth it.

Ostra has everything you want in a restaurant, good service, comfortable spacious tables, a beautiful designed space with open kitchen and fresh fish displayed like a fish market.
It is quickly evident that the management behind Ostra is experienced and shows on all level of their service.
I usually order the salt crusted Branzino for two people, and as always the fish is more then you would expect. Cooked to perfection, moist and the taste of lemon and spices feast in your palate.
There are a number of selections from caviar, to classic paella Valenciana, spaghetti with clams and more.
I can assure you that you will not be disappointed.
