As above. Wow that sauce. Fast no nonsense service. North end location is boiling in the summer, dress lightly!

Giacomo's opened at 4:30p on the day we went. We were walking by as they opened the door and the timing could not have been better. The restaurant was small and it filled up quickly. Everything we ate was delicious particularly the veal Marsala and lobster ravioli. Food service was extremely fast. Will definitely go again. Bring cash though. No credit cards accepted.

With Hubby and I being Italian, we try Italian restaurants everywhere we travel in the US of A. We waited in line 30 minutes for the 4:30 opening. We were seated at a window seat that had no blinds or film to stop the heat or glare. Not allowed to move unless we waited in line again, we squirmed around trying not to enter the personal space of the people wedged together in the tightly knit dining area. Outside, the line had already wound around the corner. Our friendly server took our order, brought bread and our bottle of wine and we were served within 15 minutes. Our choice for dinner was the seafood special for two, mixed seafood linguini in white wine sauce and a bottle of our favorite Malbec wine. The food was fresh, superb in taste with a more than plentiful serving, all done to perfection. We left stuffed. All the inconveniences of the wait, tiny dining space and glaring sun were immediately forgotten after our first bite. We will eat here again.

Waited about 30 minutes in line on a Monday night. Don't let the line scare you, It's well worth the wait! The lobster ravioli was amazing! The owner is a funny character! He slapped my wife's hand, so she can move her hand and kept poking me in the shoulder when the food arrived.

This is my number one Italian restaurant in north end. The food is great and the servers are very helpful. There's always a long line, but it's really worth waiting.
