Great deal on generously sized lobster. Great chowder. Best fried clams I've ever had. Perfectly fried cod fish and chips.

On top of that we had terrific service from Olivia.

Next time I'm in town, I'll be back.

We spent three evenings in Boston. We ate at three different places for dinner. This one was the best of the three. Our CityView bus driver recommended it, and also recommended local fish. So we had Cod. It was great. If I ever return to Boston...

We stopped in for dinner after walking the Freedom Trail. Ordered the clam chowder to start and it was hands down, the best I’ve had. Super thick and loaded with clams. Should have stopped there.
For main course ordered the surf n turf of NY strip and prawns with a baked potato and vegetable of the day. The server brought the food and it came with mashed potatoes and the veg was a sweet potato purée. One bite of the shrimp was enough. The steak had zero flavor. I hardly touched it and when the server came to collect the plate, she never inquired why the food was still there. Would only go back for the chowder.

Great location on the waterfront. Very busy when we were there which created a good atmosphere. Had to wait for a table as we hadn't booked so waited on the decking by the boats drinking a beer in the setting sun. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend for the lobster, great value. Also had the chowder which was just great.
