Attended a professional reunion of fellow hand surgeons.
Easy walking distance from Hynes Convention Center. The room for our group was the perfect size.
I'm a vegetarian so the entree was soso for a fancy place. The salad was outstanding: a meal almost in itself. I understand veggies are not their target audience: salad choices are well done, veggie entrees non existent.
Wait staff friendly and helpful.

When we are not in France, we are thinking about being in France! For those homesick for the old country, this is an address you should have in mind. Clearly, great effort and expense have been employed, as well as a congenial wait staff, to evoke and replicate a genuine French bistro. The result is a tad generic, but so what. The chef knows what he is doing. The classic dishes are prepared with finesse and the wine list is extensive and almost reasonably priced.

We were there on a quiet early Sunday evening. I suspect it would (and should) be considerably busier during the week. On one visit, you can't try everything. Our beet salads, Duck Confit and desserts were all delicious and the Dauphinais Potatoes were splendid. No question, we will be back to try Mussels, Fish and other main courses. I would wish for a bit more extensive dessert repertoire, but there is always some good cheese to go with the wine, and some serious chocolate sauce to drip on top of the puff pastries and tarts.

An impressive effort, viewed by someone who spends a lot of time in France.

We had dinner here.
Excellent French cuisine, fresh ingredients, very tasty, ample wine list, knowledgeable servers in describing food and wine.
Excellent culinary experience. Highly recommend it.

The only bad part about La Voile is the parking. We ended up parking
in the Prudential Center but it was worth the walk. Hidden away, down a flight of stairs, is an excellent French bistro. The food was quintessential French bistro cuisine. The service was efficient and friendly, definitely not pretentious nor rude nor absent; just right. Another successful restaurant week visit. We will definitely come here again.

Great location for this gorgeous french restaurant. Fully booked but service was exception. Food didn’t take long to come. We did the three course set menu for $45. To die for food.
