Loved the pizza here! We tried two pies, one more traditional with sausage, roasted red pepper, fresh mozzarella and added the San Marzano tomato sauce. The second was topped with roasted brussel sprouts, roasted pears, bacon, pecans, and Gorgonzola. It was drizzled with hot honey and balsamic vinegar. Definitely my favorite of the two. We also sampled four of their brews. This place is unique in that they ferment their pizza dough with a natural bacteria. They also sell their fermentation products to other brewers. Other menu items looked equally as appealing but we wanted to try the pizza. Hope to visit again when we are in Asheville.
