What a great modern hotel! It opened this spring! Great views of downtown area.
Also has a wonderful Cuban restaurant on the fourth floor with a popular outdoor deck
The hotel has valet parking with friendly and happy valet employees. Also has a better and bigger fitness room than most hotels.

Room Tip: Try to get a corner room on the 12th (top) floor with a view of the balcony below and the downtown area. King rooms have walk-in showers.

This hotel is in the heart of Downtown Asheville, perfect for enjoying the many bars and restaurants nearby.
Our high floor corner suite was small but comfortable and had fantastic views on two sides across town to the Blue Ridge mountains. The bathroom was nicely appointed but shower water pressure was very weak.
Staff were extremely friendly and Valet parking was one of the most efficient I’ve experienced.
WiFi was disappointing with connection continually dropping and then reconnecting.
Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay here again, just hope they fix the WiFi and water pressure first.

We stayed Labor Day Weekend. The basic king room was a nice size, the view of the mountains beautiful, the mattress very comfortable, and a larger than usual flat screen TV. The modern loft like design included great USB and plug access, wonderful shower design and counter space, well lit mirror and exhaust fan, each on its own switch. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and real glasses set up in a lit bar like setting. I especially liked the cleanliness of the wood tile used throughout the room, instead of the usual carpet.
The safety element of floor only access was appreciated. We had drinks and ate a late night light bite in Hemingway’s and appreciated that the kitchen was open late.
We used the valet parking, the cost was comparable to any city parking rate and it ease of texting for vehicle seamless.
Two things that would be helpful to future guests:
1. Is there a night light? It looked like the lit mirror should function in this manner but we could not figure out based on the wall switches. (Room is very dark when blinds closed at night)
2. Many people who travel to Asheville enjoy outdoor activities including a morning walk or run in a city...when we have stayed in similar cities(Portland, Savannah, Fort Worth,Eureka Springs) the hotels would have suggested routes and distances. We explored on our own...one day we walked to and through the nearby neighborhood of Montford beautiful homes and gardens...and on the next walked on wide sidewalks up the hills we could see from our room...past the city buildings.

Valet parking required at $15 per night not included in hotel rate, but worth it and very efficient. Nice touch with glass of champagne on check-in and a small bottle of local honey on check-out. Room styled in downtown loft style and unique.

To Start, your first impression is Urban, Modern and Comfortable, the Staff Efficient and knowledgeable, the Hotel Rooms Spacious and Fun. The Fantastic Views to every direction won;t disappoint and the Hotel is centrally located in the midst of hundreds of great restaurants, bars and clubs. Cambria has some great package deals and promotional Stays and they are affiliated with Choice Privileges, From the Front door of Cambria to the Door at the US Cellular Center is just a few hundred feet, very convenient to the center for concerts and Sporting Events. What I liked MOST about Cambria? Hemmingways Cuba Bar on Level 4. Oh man, you GOT to go check out the views from the deck, the food and drink are superb and Bartenders Top-Notch!

Room Tip: Whichever way you want to face there are good views, SOME rooms have Large Terraces.
